Job Description
Premium HR Solution Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Talent Acquisition to manage and elevate our recruitment services. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about connecting top talent with leading organizations, particularly within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors.
You will lead a team in executing full-cycle recruitment, from initial client briefing to successful onboarding. Your focus will be on developing innovative sourcing strategies, ensuring timely placements, and fostering strong client relationships, all while contributing to the company's growth and success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for client mandates.
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies.
- Drive quality candidate pipelines through proactive talent mapping.
- Ensure recruitment Turnaround Time (TAT) targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain high placement success rates and client retention.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within HR Consulting.
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of multi-industry recruitment.
- Experience handling mid-level to senior-level positions.
- Proficiency in recruitment software.
