Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced buyers to choose products for shelves.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Contribute to maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing waste, and maximizing sales.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and promotional deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./HND in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines.
  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a retail or related field.
  • Not more than 30 years of age.
  • Completed NYSC or have exemption letter.
  • Passion for Retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
