You will be instrumental in translating the company's risk appetite into informed decision-making processes, thereby supporting Tangerine's business and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight on the Enterprise-wide Risk Management (ERM) strategy and framework.
- Translate risk appetite into informed decision-making practices.
- Support Tangerine's business and strategic objectives.
- Provide oversight on the internal control activities of Tangerine.
- Ensure in-depth understanding and application of regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- First Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-14 years post-graduate experience in risk management or a related area within the financial services sector.
- Knowledge of insurance business is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of insurance products offerings (development, dependencies, features etc.).
- In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, with a strong grasp of the regulatory environment.
- Professional certifications in any risk and related discipline.
