Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and organized Sales Assistant to join our team and be the first point of contact for our customers, while also supporting daily store operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers, creating a positive first impression. You will also answer phone calls and respond to messages on our social media channels promptly and professionally. Assisting customers with product inquiries, processing sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records are key duties. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and oversee day-to-day store activities, reporting to management.

Qualifications
- Minimum of BSC/HND
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a customer service
- Must have finished NYSC
- Strong attention to details and good Organization skills
- Excellent Communication skills.
