Join our vibrant fashion retail brand in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, as a Sales Executive and be the face of our trendy and affordable clothing line.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage customers, drive sales through expert styling advice and upselling techniques, and maintain an appealing store environment. We are looking for individuals passionate about fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling advice.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.

Qualifications

Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for fashion and customer service.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must reside on the Island in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and ready to start immediately.
