Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
- Track team progress and performance metrics, reporting on key indicators.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-defined and understood.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- In-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
