Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and practices.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress.
Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.
Track team progress and performance metrics, reporting on key indicators.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
Work with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog is well-defined and understood.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
In-depth understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to resolve conflicts and remove impediments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
