Job Description
ValourPay is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager/Scrum Master to join our innovative team in Lagos. This hybrid role is perfect for individuals with a passion for FinTech and a solid understanding of agile methodologies.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Remove impediments and obstacles for the development team.
- Coach and mentor the team on agile principles and practices.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in the FinTech industry (banking, crypto).
- 1–2 years of experience in a product management, scrum master, or delivery management role.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
