Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CCTV Control Room Operator to ensure the continuous security and safety of our premises. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently operate and monitor all systems within the control room, adhering strictly to company standards and procedures.
This role involves constant surveillance, meticulous recording of any incidents, and timely escalation to the Security Officer or Security Coordinator. You will play a vital part in maintaining a secure environment through vigilant monitoring and prompt action.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and identify unusual activities.
- Provide real-time alerts to the Security Supervisor or CSO.
- Record and report all incidents accurately using the incident reporting template.
- Provide video evidence when required.
- Ensure all CCTV systems and recording devices are functioning properly.
- Report any equipment faults immediately.
- Support the monitoring of entry and exit points for authorized access.
- Maintain continuous communication with guards, patrol teams, and the Security Supervisor.
- Store and manage footage securely while maintaining confidentiality.
- Follow company security policies and SOPs.
- Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in any discipline.
- A degree in Security Management, Criminology, or Security Studies is an added advantage.
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Security Supervisor in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Good knowledge of access control and security surveillance systems.
- Familiarity with electronic security measures.
- Physically and mentally fit to perform security duties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
