Job Description
KNCV Tuberculosis Foundation, a leading non-profit dedicated to combating tuberculosis and enhancing health systems across Nigeria, is seeking a skilled Senior Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Associate. This vital role will support our impactful programs by ensuring robust data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing directly to our mission of improving public health outcomes. You will play a key part in assessing program effectiveness and identifying areas for strategic enhancement.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement M&E plans and tools for public health projects.
- Collect, clean, and analyze program data to assess progress and impact.
- Prepare regular M&E reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all collected data.
- Provide M&E support and capacity building to project teams.
- Contribute to program design and strategy based on M&E findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within public health projects.
- Experience with TB, HIV, community TB, or MDR-TB programs in Nigeria is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis and general computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and handle confidential information.
