Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of mechanical systems within our construction projects. This role demands a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, extensive experience with HVAC, plumbing, and related systems, and the ability to lead technical teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of all mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
Ensure all mechanical designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
Manage mechanical engineering project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues during construction and commissioning.
Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
Proven expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant engineering tools.
Strong understanding of building codes and engineering best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
