Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Site Safety Officer to join the Federal Government Green Agricultural Standardisation Demonstrations Zone Project. Your primary role will be to champion and enforce a safe working environment across our construction site.
Key responsibilities include implementing and meticulously monitoring health and safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and performing comprehensive risk assessments. You will ensure all personnel strictly adhere to safety regulations and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Investigating any site accidents, preparing detailed safety reports, and organizing essential safety training sessions and toolbox meetings are also integral to this role, fostering a robust safety culture.
