Job Description
We are urgently seeking a creative and proactive Chinese-Speaking Content Creator & Social Media Manager to collaborate closely with our General Manager.
This role involves capturing and showcasing the manager’s daily activities while expertly managing and growing his presence on Chinese social media platforms through engaging content.
Key responsibilities include accompanying the General Manager to capture authentic daily activities, creating and editing video content, and writing captions in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities
- Accompany the General Manager to capture authentic daily activities, events, and interactions
- Create engaging video content
- Edit both short-form and long-form videos suitable for Chinese platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu, Douyin, WeChat Video Channel)
- Write captions and posts in Chinese, ensuring alignment with platform trends and audience preferences
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule
- Respond to basic comments and messages
- Support the growth and visibility of the manager’s online presence
Qualifications
- Preferably male (for gender balance)
- Fluent in Chinese (HSK 3 or above, or strong written and spoken proficiency)
- Proven experience in videography and video editing (smartphone or camera)
- Good understanding of Chinese social media trends, algorithms, and content styles
- Creative, reliable, and able to tailor content to a Chinese audience
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required
- Prior experience managing a social media account (personal or professional)
