Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Architect to lead the design, management, and optimization of integrations for our cutting-edge Digital Procurement Platform. This critical role involves orchestrating seamless connections between Ivalua, Oracle Financials, and various other internal and external systems.

You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end integration architecture, ensuring the performance, reliability, and data accuracy of all integrated components. This includes designing and managing integrations with Oracle ERP, federal entities, and third-party platforms, as well as implementing new integrations using APIs and other methods.

Key to this position is maintaining high standards for documentation, dashboards, and logs, while ensuring strict compliance with security, governance, and data policies. You will also manage incidents, adhere to SLAs, and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration architecture for the Digital Procurement Platform (DPP)
  • Design and manage integrations between Ivalua, Oracle ERP, federal entities, and third-party platforms
  • Ensure performance, reliability, uptime, and data accuracy of all integrations
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing integrations
  • Implement new integrations, including APIs, punch-in/out functionalities, and external systems
  • Maintain integration standards, documentation, dashboards, and logs
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data policies
  • Manage incidents, SLAs, and provide regular status reporting

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of enterprise integration experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Ivalua integration experience
  • Strong background in Oracle ERP integrations
  • Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, XSLT, middleware tools, and SFTP
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • Ivalua L3 Integration Certification
  • Prior experience in government or highly regulated environments is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols
  • Ability to comply with strict security clearance and onboarding requirements
