Al Ghurair Infrastructure is actively seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join their team through a Walk-In Job Fair.
This role involves leading electrical teams on construction sites, ensuring safe and compliant installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide electrical teams in performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
- Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site.
- Manage the allocation of tasks and resources for the electrical team.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of electrical work.
- Ensure a safe working environment for the electrical team and enforce safety protocols.
- Report on work progress, issues, and resource needs to project management.
Qualifications
- Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., UAE electrical codes).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical problems effectively.
