Job Description

Al Ghurair Infrastructure is actively seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join their team through a Walk-In Job Fair.

This role involves leading electrical teams on construction sites, ensuring safe and compliant installation and maintenance of electrical systems.

We are looking for individuals with strong technical skills and leadership experience in the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide electrical teams in performing installation, maintenance, and repair tasks.
Ensure all electrical work is performed in accordance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on site.
Manage the allocation of tasks and resources for the electrical team.
Conduct site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of electrical work.
Ensure a safe working environment for the electrical team and enforce safety protocols.
Report on work progress, issues, and resource needs to project management.

Qualifications

Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical blueprints and schematics.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., UAE electrical codes).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve electrical problems effectively.
