Job Description

Carogas Service Limited is seeking a skilled Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist to join their expanding operations. This role is crucial for managing global sourcing, procurement execution, and logistics coordination across various oilfield projects.

You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding local and international suppliers, managing the entire procurement cycle from RFQs and RFPs to contract finalization. A key aspect of this role involves coordinating both international and domestic logistics, ensuring all import/export documentation is meticulously handled according to Incoterms.

This position also requires supporting vendor registrations, tracking procurement timelines, and actively identifying opportunities for cost optimization within global supply markets. The role involves local and international travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain roles (oil & gas preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of international trade, shipping logistics, and oilfield procurement processes
  • Excellent coordination, negotiation, and vendor management skills
