Job Description
We are urgently seeking skilled Fibre To The Home (FTTH) Home Connection Installers to join our team across all six geo-political zones in Nigeria.
This role is crucial for expanding our fiber network and ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers. You will be responsible for the complete installation process, from initial setup to final testing, ensuring a high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform FTTH installations for both underground and aerial deployments.
- Handle fiber cable routing, both indoors and outdoors.
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures.
- Install conduits and trunking as required.
- Safely utilize ladders and work at heights.
- Complete all assigned jobs within the stipulated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FTTH installation techniques.
- Proficiency in handling fiber optic cables and routing.
- Understanding of safety standards in installation environments.
- Experience with conduit and trunking installation.
- Ability to work safely at heights and handle ladders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet job completion deadlines.
- Possession of a smartphone (preferably Android) for job management.
- Own or have access to necessary tools including a power meter, power bank, reflective jacket, safety boots, hammer, drill machine (for special installations), screwdriver set, safety helmet, and ladder.
