Job Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Product Design to lead our design initiatives and elevate the user experience of our fintech products.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the design vision, leading a talented team of designers, and ensuring that our products are not only functional but also intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with product management and engineering to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the product design team.
- Develop and maintain the design vision and strategy for all products.
- Oversee the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design, particularly for digital products.
- Experience designing for the fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
