Job Description

Monkey Distribution is actively seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team in Dubai, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of pop culture and help us build unparalleled fan experiences.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will lead the sales floor, engaging naturally with fellow fans and guiding customers through our diverse range of collectibles, exclusives, and new releases. You will leverage your commercial instinct and product knowledge to drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and deliver a five-star customer experience. Your energy and confident presence will be key to turning casual browsers into loyal regulars.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, is warm, sharp, always presentable, and communicates fluently in English and either Arabic or Hindi. This role offers an immediate start and the chance to be part of a passionate team that owns the fan experience across our retail brands, including Funko.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the sales floor and uphold a fan-first service standard

Leverage product knowledge to drive sales through recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver an exceptional five-star customer experience
Maintain accurate displays, Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, and stock routines

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of proven experience in retail sales
Fluency in both English and either Arabic or Hindi is essential
Demonstrated ability to communicate warmly and maintain a confident presence on the sales floor
Possession of a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for pop culture
Comfortable working with sales targets, POS systems, and adhering to mall schedules
