Key Responsibilities

Teach AS Level ICT and Computer Science according to the British curriculum.
Develop and deliver engaging lessons covering programming, databases, and IT systems.
Assess student understanding through practical assignments, projects, and examinations.
Provide guidance and support to students preparing for AS Level assessments.
Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in technology.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technology trends.
Collaborate with the IT department and other faculty members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, specifically with AS/A-Level ICT or Computer Science in British curriculum schools.
Strong knowledge of the AS Level ICT syllabus.
Proficiency in programming languages and software development principles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
