Their mission is to be the best choice for every customer, everywhere, by providing a transparent and fair trading platform for sellers. Unlike other marketplaces, OnBuy does not compete with its sellers, nor does it sell its own products or operate its own warehouses. The company fosters a culture of driven and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Success at OnBuy requires taking ownership, rolling up your sleeves, and maintaining focus amidst constant evolution. Employees are valued as more than just a number, with opportunities to effect meaningful change and have their voices heard. The team is close-knit, offering ample opportunities for learning and professional growth as OnBuy continues to expand.
