Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join a dynamic real estate company. This role is crucial for producing high-quality visual content that highlights properties and engages potential clients.

You will be responsible for shooting and editing a variety of video content, including property walkthroughs, site inspections, and promotional materials for diverse social media platforms. Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality property videos, site inspections, and promotional content.
Edit videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Create engaging real estate walkthrough videos and promotional reels.
Manage lighting, sound, and camera setup for all video shoots.
Develop creative concepts for real estate marketing campaigns.
Organize and manage the video archive and content storage.
Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams to produce compelling visuals.
Meet project deadlines and ensure consistent content output.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor.
Proficiency in video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, and After Effects.
Strong understanding of current social media video trends.
Ability to shoot with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and drones is a significant advantage.
Possess a creative eye for angles, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Must reside within the Ikota, Lekki axis.
