Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Cinematographer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire video production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding through to shooting, editing, and final delivery.

Your work will be crucial in crafting captivating visuals for our marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and social media channels, ensuring our content elevates the brand and drives significant audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Brainstorm concepts, develop storyboards, plan shoots, scout locations, and create shot lists for pre-production.
Operate cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema), lighting, audio equipment, gimbals, and drones to capture high-quality footage.
Capture footage for property tours, corporate events, lifestyle content, and advertisements.
Edit footage, perform color grading, add motion graphics and sound effects, and mix audio using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Produce polished video deliverables that adhere to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with design, social media, and copy teams to ensure visual consistency and timely delivery of content.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to maintain fresh and competitive content.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
Utilize strong communication and teamwork abilities to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of hands-on cinematography and videography experience, supported by a strong show-reel or portfolio.
Proficiency in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture techniques.
Experience with drone operation is considered a plus.
Advanced editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and either After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong visual storytelling instincts and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage project timelines effectively.
Solid understanding of color grading, sound design principles, and motion graphics.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate to Lekki.
Must be available to commence work immediately.
