Job Description

GoFasti is seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Web Developer to join our remote team. This is a part-time, contract position ideal for individuals based in Latin America who are fluent in English.

In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, management, and enhancement of a WordPress website. You will tackle technical issues, optimize performance, and contribute to the client's online presence through various digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a WordPress website, including updates, fixes, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, plugin conflicts, and site errors promptly.
  • Implement website improvements and new features as required.
  • Optimize website performance, security, and search engine visibility (SEO).
  • Integrate and configure Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Support the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns (nonprofit grant).
  • Assist with basic automation for blog publishing and social media posting.
  • Ensure website stability and proactively prevent recurring technical problems.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and offer recommendations for website enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and common troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proven experience with SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads setup and tracking is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of website automation tools and workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing website performance and security.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience supporting nonprofit or small organizations is considered a plus.
