Job Description
Reliance Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt. This crucial role involves ensuring the seamless operation of our clinic, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting our clinical staff.
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and functional clinic environment, managing staff schedules and attendance, and assisting patients with appointment bookings and inquiries. You will also play a key role in planning community outreach programs, managing client billing and invoicing, and ensuring timely filing of all regulatory paperwork. Furthermore, you will train staff on digital tools and identify opportunities to streamline processes for greater efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the clinic is safe, clean, and fully operational daily.
- Manage staff schedules, track attendance, and plan leave.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings and provide necessary information.
- Plan and execute health outreach programs and wellness events.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payments for corporate clients and vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all regulatory paperwork.
- Train staff on digital tools and identify process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management within a service industry (healthcare, hospitality, or corporate services).
- Direct experience working in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Ability to use data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption.
- Reside within 10km of Stadium Rd, Rumuola, Port Harcourt.
