Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our client's dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the top-of-funnel activities by expertly engaging inbound enterprise leads.
Your responsibilities will include conducting timely follow-ups, qualifying prospects, and meticulously scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position demands strong communication skills, a confident phone presence, and the ability to consistently meet daily call and connection targets. You will leverage CRM and communication platforms such as HubSpot, Aircall, and Zoom to ensure seamless operations and effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound enterprise leads and conduct timely follow-ups to qualify prospects.
- Maintain consistent engagement to support lead progression and appointment setting.
- Assist in customer lead generation and qualification.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Coordinate seamlessly to ensure timely, well-prepared appointments.
- Set up appointments and manage customer interactions with excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Utilize HubSpot, Aircall, and ChurnZero to track interactions and update lead statuses.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of all communications.
- Communicate with leads via phone, email, text messages, and Zoom, adapting outreach methods as needed.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and connection targets (120–150 calls/day; 1,200 connected calls/month).
- Maintain strong consistency in meeting productivity expectations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, or a related field, ideally with enterprise-level clients.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience with dialers such as Aircall, and familiarity with Zoom.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confident, professional phone presence.
- Ability to meet high-volume call targets (120–150 calls/day, 1,200 connected calls/month).
- Strong execution discipline and responsiveness (Speed-to-Lead <10 minutes).
- Ability to maintain effective contact rates (45%–65%) and appointment set rates (25%–40%).
- Strong focus on downstream quality metrics, including meeting show rate and meeting-to-SQL conversion.
