Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
  • Prepare and present compelling design proposals, 3D models, and comprehensive technical drawings
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and integration
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
  • Revise designs based on client feedback and evolving project requirements, maintaining design integrity
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and assist in project budgeting when necessary
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deadlines are met effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Professional certification or license (where applicable)
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Lumion
  • Strong understanding of building codes and various construction methods
  • Excellent design, visualization, and technical drawing skills
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A comprehensive portfolio of completed projects is required
  • Preferred: Experience in sustainable/green building design
  • Preferred: Knowledge of structural engineering basics
  • Preferred: Strong 3D rendering and presentation skills
  • Preferred: Experience working on large-scale projects
