Job Description

BH.NS Engineering Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Inspector to join their project team in Dubai.

This role is essential for ensuring that all architectural elements and finishes on construction sites conform to design specifications, quality standards, and aesthetic requirements.

You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of architectural work, identifying any deviations or defects, and documenting your findings to maintain project integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of architectural works, including finishes, façade systems, and interior details.

Identify and report any defects, deviations, or quality issues related to architectural elements.
Ensure that materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and aesthetic requirements.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare comprehensive reports.
Coordinate with site architects, contractors, and project managers to address inspection findings.
Witness the installation and finishing of key architectural components.

Qualifications

Technical qualification or certification in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural inspection on construction projects.
Thorough knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
Familiarity with various finishes, façade systems, and interior detailing techniques.
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and details.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
