Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Asset Management / Business Development Officer to join a leading hospitality and real estate firm in Abuja. This fully onsite role is critical for driving revenue, attracting investment, and enhancing the value of our real estate assets.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize asset performance and improve return on investment. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, attracting investors, and managing existing assets effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in real estate, finance, or investments. Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a commercially minded and target-driven approach, are essential for success.
