Job Description

Natterbox is seeking a motivated and technically adept Technical Account Manager to join our team in Australia. This hybrid role blends customer account management with professional services, positioning you at the nexus of technical delivery and business process consulting.

In this capacity, you will serve as the primary technical partner for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning the Asia-Pacific and US West Coast markets. Your core mission will be to ensure these clients extract maximum value from the Natterbox platform, adeptly resolve complex challenges, and identify opportunities to expand and deepen their engagement with our services.

Qualifications

  • Currently living in Australia with the full legal right to work on a permanent, full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of managing client relationships.
  • Hands-on technical experience in at least one of the following: telecommunications or contact centre implementations; Salesforce administration; or Salesforce development.
  • Experience supporting the management of multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and extracting clear signals from unstructured conversations.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent active listening skills.
  • High degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong critical thinking and developed problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
