This hybrid role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our Infrastructure team. You will be instrumental in supporting and maintaining our critical network infrastructure, combining operational excellence with project delivery. Your responsibilities will span networking, security, and data center technologies, ensuring the provision of reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions for both internal operations and our clients.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day provisioning and troubleshooting activities, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
- Plan, coordinate and deliver network-related projects across a variety of technologies and environments
- Act as an escalation point for client-facing teams, responding to incidents and driving timely resolutions
- Perform hands-on datacentre work including patching, hardware installations and equipment removals
- Manage ongoing maintenance activities including software upgrades, firmware updates and system improvements
- Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, ensuring procedures and knowledge bases remain current and reliable
Qualifications
- Strong fundamental networking knowledge across Layer 2, 3 and 4 protocols
- Experience working with BGP, MPLS and OSPF
- Security fundamentals and hands-on firewall configuration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Juniper routers
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching
- Experience with Fortigate firewalls
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- A quick learner with a willingness to continue learning and studying to further your career
- Must be able to obtain an NV1 security clearance
