As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the availability, performance, and resilience of enterprise network services across cloud, data center, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests
  • Actively manage high-severity incidents (P1/P2) with urgency and precision
  • Ensure SLA compliance and service continuity at all times
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes
  • Monitor and manage enterprise networks to identify and resolve issues before impact
  • Optimize network performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Perform security vulnerability patching and system upgrades
  • Support service provider and data centre network infrastructure
  • Deliver across: Routing & Switching, SD-WAN & Network Security, Cloud & multi-cloud networking, Compute, storage, and virtualization environments

Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen with active NV1 clearance (or higher) – mandatory
  • 5+ years in network/infrastructure engineering
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing NOC / managed services environment
  • Strong hands-on expertise across: Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, Network security, Data centre and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience within ITIL/ITSM frameworks
  • Proven track record meeting SLA commitments
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift + on-call environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
