Job Description

Are you ready to actively shape the future of a leading beverage company? Coca-Cola HBC Austria invites ambitious professionals to join its Management Trainee Program in Finance. This 18-month immersive program is your gateway to a leadership role with significant responsibility, designed to fast-track your career within a dynamic and impactful organization.

As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our Finance division through three targeted assignments, each lasting 4–6 months. You will dive deep into our business operations, understanding the intricacies of our financial landscape.

A unique aspect of this program is the opportunity to step into an "Acting Leader" role for one assignment. Here, you will take on direct leadership responsibilities, gaining invaluable practical experience in managing a team and proving your capability to drive results. Additionally, you will lead a strategic project over approximately 12 months, culminating in a presentation to our Senior Leadership Team.

Throughout the program, you will benefit from robust mentoring and coaching by experienced leaders, alongside specialized training in critical business areas such as Finance, Change Management, and Project Leading. We are committed to your development, providing a structured assignment plan, regular check-ins, and performance reviews with your manager, the Senior Leadership Team, and our Talent Development Manager. You will also integrate into our internal leadership development program, building a strong professional network from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in an 18-month Management Trainee Program focused on Finance.

Qualifications

  • Hold or be finalizing a Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrate potential for initial leadership experience, such as a Project Lead role.
  • Exhibit ambition to lead a team and pursue a long-term career with the company.
  • Show high learning readiness and a hands-on mentality.
  • Be proactive, resilient, and committed to making a visible contribution.
  • Be fluent in German and possess very good English language skills.
