Coca-Cola HBC Austria is seeking highly ambitious and experienced professionals to join its Management Trainee Program, specifically within the Supply Chain domain. This intensive 18-month program is meticulously designed to fast-track your career into a leadership position, offering genuine responsibility from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in an intensive 18-month trainee program designed to cultivate future leadership capabilities.
  • Complete three distinct assignments (4-6 months each) across various Supply Chain departments, including Procurement and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Assume the role of an 'Acting Leader' in one assignment to gain practical leadership experience and manage a team.
  • Lead a strategic project for approximately 12 months, culminating in a presentation to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Benefit from robust mentoring and coaching provided by experienced leaders.
  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering business-relevant areas such as Finance, Change Management, and Project Leading.
  • Adhere to a structured assignment plan with regular check-ins and performance reviews with leadership and talent development management.
  • Join the internal leadership development program and actively build a professional network within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Hold or be in the final stages of completing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Executive Management, or a related field, with a preferred specialization in Supply Chain.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrate initial leadership experience, such as a Project Lead role, is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong ambition to lead teams and pursue a long-term career within the company.
  • Show high learning readiness, a proactive 'hands-on' mentality, and resilience.
  • Be fluent in German and possess very good English language skills.
