Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, including security and compliance regulations.
- Promote bank products and services to customers as appropriate.
Qualifications
- OND (Upper Credit) in any related discipline.
- Maximum age of 27 years.
- Demonstrated strong numerical and customer service skills.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Gbagada, Lagos.
