Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and operational procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Teller within a banking environment.
- Demonstrated strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Possession of a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
