Job Description

We are actively seeking three motivated individuals to join our banking operations unit as Banking Operations Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vital sector of our financial institution.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of key banking processes. Your responsibilities will be tailored to one of three specialized areas: Transaction Monitoring and Settlement, Cheque Processing, or Term Deposit Management. Key Responsibilities

Execute daily tasks related to transaction monitoring and settlement.
Process cheques accurately and efficiently.
Manage term deposit accounts and related operations.
Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
Maintain detailed records of all transactions and activities.
Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues.
Contribute to process improvements within the operations unit.

Qualifications

Minimum of a BSc or HND in a relevant field.
Maximum age of 30 years.
Demonstrated strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment.
Previous experience in banking operations is an advantage.
