The 2026 Commonwealth Exchange Scholarship offers a fully funded opportunity for postgraduate studies, supporting academic mobility across Commonwealth member countries. Qualifications

  • Be a citizen, permanent resident, or recognized refugee in a Commonwealth country.
  • Not have previously received a Commonwealth postgraduate scholarship.
  • Be no older than 45 years of age on the date of application.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second Class Lower (2:2) or equivalent, OR a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Upper Credit, from a recognized institution.
