Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training and development programs focused on banking technology
- Contribute to various tech projects across backend, frontend, mobile, and UI/UX domains
- Learn and apply best practices in software development, quality assurance, and system administration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development within the tech space
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or equivalent in a STEM-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics) from an accredited institution
- Completed NYSC with a valid discharge certificate
- Maximum age of 27 years at the time of application
- Minimum of 5 credits in WAEC/NECO or equivalent, including Mathematics and English Language
- Demonstrated interest in technology, digital innovation, and problem-solving
- Preferred technical skills include: Backend (C#, .NET, MSSQL), Frontend (Next.js, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS), Mobile Development (Flutter, Swift), UI/UX Design (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch), QA & Testing (Selenium, Cypress, JMeter, Postman, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, JWT)
