Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership & Offline Lead to join our team in Port Harcourt.
This hybrid role is crucial for expanding our reach through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding nurses as partners and referral agents.
You will also manage existing partnerships and secure new collaborations with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Driving brand visibility and executing outreach programs will be key to your success.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard nurses as partners and referral agents.
- Manage existing partnerships and referral systems.
- Secure partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Drive brand visibility across partner locations.
- Plan and execute outreach programs (antenatal classes, community and religious activations).
- Oversee distribution of marketing materials.
- Support influencer collaborations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc.
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or field sales.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Experience with healthcare or community organizations is an advantage.
- Passion for maternal health is a plus.
