Key Responsibilities

  • Perform lost wax casting for various gold and platinum alloys.
  • Clean investment material from cast jewelry components.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw metals.
  • Utilize disk-grinding methods for shaping and refining cast components.
  • Conduct pre-polishing of jewelry components.
  • Inspect job orders pre- and post-processing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Uphold a safe working environment and report any safety concerns to the Studio Manager.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in polishing, grinding, or shaping jewelry or similar small objects is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
