Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lost wax casting for various gold and platinum alloys.
- Clean investment material from cast jewelry components.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of raw metals.
- Utilize disk-grinding methods for shaping and refining cast components.
- Conduct pre-polishing of jewelry components.
- Inspect job orders pre- and post-processing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Uphold a safe working environment and report any safety concerns to the Studio Manager.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Studio Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in polishing, grinding, or shaping jewelry or similar small objects is advantageous.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient time management.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
