Weekday AI is seeking highly skilled Radiology Experts to contribute to the advancement of next-generation artificial intelligence in diagnostic imaging. This pivotal remote contract role involves leveraging your clinical expertise to design intricate medical scenarios and rigorously evaluate AI model outputs against established evidence-based standards. You will play a crucial part in refining AI's reasoning capabilities within the radiology domain.
We welcome a diverse range of specialists, including Diagnostic Radiology attendings, Interventional Radiology, Neuroradiology, Body/Abdominal Imaging, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Breast Imaging, Pediatric Radiology professionals, and final-year Radiology residents or fellows. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from your Radiology practice (image interpretation, differential generation, follow-up recommendations, ACR criteria application, structured reporting).
- Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality.
- Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behavior.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
Qualifications
- For Attending Physicians: Must be board-certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
- For Resident Physicians: Must be in the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
- For Fellows: Must be board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty and have a current, active, unrestricted medical license.
