Job Description
Mattoris Supamart is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our Ikoyi branch. This role is essential for ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing, providing a positive final impression for our customers.
The ideal candidate will be adept at handling various payment methods, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service. You will play a key part in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for all shoppers.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments (cash, POS, transfers) accurately
- Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
- Balance cash register at the end of each shift
- Attend to customers politely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
- Report discrepancies to management immediately
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Must reside within or close to Ikoyi / Lekki / Victoria Island axis
