In this vital role, you will be responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting healthcare providers to deliver high-quality family planning and reproductive health services. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing providers' skills in counseling and clinical procedures, particularly with long-acting contraceptive methods. Key Responsibilities

  • Train, mentor, and support healthcare providers in delivering quality family planning and reproductive health services.

Qualifications

  • Qualified health professional (Medical Doctor, Nurse, or Midwife).
  • Experience in family planning or reproductive health services.
  • Confidence in training and mentoring others.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and able to travel within Benue State.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Experience working with NGOs or donor-funded health programs is an added advantage.
