Job Description

Equilibrium Zone (EZ) is seeking an experienced Capital and Compliance Interim Manager to ensure the operational integrity of its portfolio companies. This remote role is critical for maintaining adherence to all regulatory, legal, and financial standards.

You will be responsible for meticulously organizing and managing financial documentation, records, and reporting processes. A key aspect of this role involves supporting fundraising and capital-related activities, including investor tracking and follow-ups.

The position requires identifying potential compliance risks and recommending practical, effective solutions. You will also serve as the primary liaison with external stakeholders such as legal counsel, regulatory bodies, and business partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
