Job Description

ITEX, a prominent fintech leader in Nigeria, is seeking a highly experienced Chief Compliance Officer to establish and champion the company's compliance framework. This executive position is critical for ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements, thereby safeguarding ITEX's integrity and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's overall compliance strategy.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, AML/KYC, and data privacy laws.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
