Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Creator to join our team. This role is crucial for producing high-quality, engaging digital content that effectively tells our story, expands our audience reach, and fosters strong community engagement across all platforms.
You will combine creative execution with cutting-edge AI-assisted content creation, alongside curating compelling user-generated content (UGC). Your work will ensure our content is culturally relevant, optimized for various platforms, and impactful. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Media Manager, the Communications team, and a growing network of volunteer creators.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling digital content, including short-form videos, AI-generated videos, graphics, photos, and written posts.
- Translate brand stories, campaigns, and messages into engaging, platform-ready content.
- Maintain consistently high creative and quality standards across all content outputs.
- Utilize AI tools to support ideation, scripting, editing, visual creation, and content optimization.
- Source, curate, edit, and repurpose user-generated content (UGC) from the community.
- Collaborate with volunteer creators to expand content output while maintaining brand quality.
- Optimize content formats, captions, and storytelling styles for different platforms and audiences.
- Support content publishing schedules and campaign rollouts.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, formats, and best practices.
- Work closely with a community of volunteer content contributors.
- Support content capture at events, services, activations, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and digital media leads.
- Monitor basic content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and watch time.
- Use insights derived from performance data to continuously improve future content quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital content creation or social media roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video, visual, and written content.
- Proven experience working with AI-assisted content tools.
- Comfortable collaborating effectively with diverse teams and volunteer communities.
- Creative, adaptable, and highly detail-oriented.
- Strong understanding of digital culture and effective storytelling techniques.
