Key Responsibilities
- Proactively market and promote Keepvest's loan products to target customer segments.
- Effectively manage and maintain individual customer loan profiles.
- Monitor loan repayments and ensure timely collection.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales and repayment targets.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of Akure.
- Possess a smart, energetic, and hardworking demeanor.
- SSCE or equivalent qualification is the minimum requirement.
- Computer literacy is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated goal-driven attitude and readiness to meet performance targets.
- Prior experience in micro-lending is beneficial but not mandatory.
