Job Description

We are searching for a visionary Head of CRM to lead our customer relationship and engagement strategies from the ground up. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for building and scaling our CRM function to support our rapid global growth.

You will own the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and advocacy. Your mandate will be to leverage data and technology to create personalized, impactful customer experiences that drive loyalty and lifetime value. You will select, implement, and manage our CRM platform and build a world-class team to execute your vision.
