Job Description
eJam is seeking a results-oriented Manager for Retail Media & Shopper Marketing to drive significant revenue growth and market share.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and execution of advertising campaigns across Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads, DSP) and various Retail Media Networks, including Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and Instacart. You will also coordinate shopper marketing efforts to ensure seamless integration between digital and in-store activations.
Your primary focus will be on delivering measurable business outcomes, such as incremental revenue, improved contribution margin, and enhanced market share, rather than just campaign activity. You will own budget forecasting, performance reporting, and the development of robust measurement frameworks that connect media spend directly to P&L metrics.
This position requires a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency and output. You will be instrumental in building scalable processes and playbooks that ensure consistent success across all platforms.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel advertising strategies across Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads, and Retail Media Networks (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, etc.).
- Manage campaign execution, bid optimization, and audience segmentation to achieve key performance indicators.
- Write AMC queries and configure audience segments for advanced analytics and targeting.
- Coordinate shopper marketing initiatives to align digital media with in-store promotions and product launches.
- Build and maintain a unified measurement framework connecting retail media performance to P&L outcomes.
- Own budget forecasting, monthly reconciliation, and performance reporting to leadership.
- Establish campaign naming conventions, budget governance, and performance review cadences.
- Create SOPs and playbooks to document successful strategies and enable scalability.
- Utilize AI tools to automate analysis, accelerate campaign execution, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align media spend with joint business plans and promotional calendars.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
- Experience managing campaigns across at least two additional retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Criteo).
- Background in CPG or consumer products, with an understanding of retail seasonality and product launch dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of SQL; AMC experience is preferred.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker.
