Job Description

We are seeking a smart, customer-focused, and organized Customer Relations Officer to manage customer interactions, bookings, and guest service operations for our serviced apartment.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring an excellent customer experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the property. Your ability to professionally manage inquiries, resolve client complaints, and coordinate with internal teams will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve client complaints promptly
  • Handle the general welfare of the customers

  • Maintain accurate booking and customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, guest relations, or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory or booking systems
  • Must be professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented
  • Experience using POS or hotel/property management systems is an added advantage
  • Must possess empathy, patience, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills
